    - We bring a high level of realism and consistency to the roleplays.     
    - We are masters of improvisation and can adopt many different characters
      in the same session.
    - We have the imagination and flexibility to ‘flesh out’ the script.
    - We can adopt different behaviour, as decided by facilitators
      e.g. challenging, nervous, withdrawn, garrulous, assertive, bullying etc.
    - We can give objective evidence-based feedback to course participants
      in the feedback session focusing on verbal/non verbal communication,
      reactions and responses.
